Ethiopia Limu
This coffee is a testament to the delectable nature of Ethiopian brews, showcasing wild, winey flavors with a robust, full-bodied character. While it shares similarities with our Ethiopian Yirgacheffe, it offers a less floral profile.
This particular coffee took its name from the area from which it originates, Limu Kosa, which is a geographical part of the Jimma zone, located within the wider Oromiya region.
Our Limu coffee hails from the Oromia region in southwest Ethiopia, grown at elevations around 1,600 meters above sea level. It’s a unique blend from just six farms, featuring beans from the Eastern African Heirloom varieties. The name "Weyini" is derived from the Amharic word for wine, perfectly capturing the essence of this exquisite coffee.
A sweet, versatile bean suitable for all brewing methods.
