Grown near the birthplace of the first coffee bean, the coffee from the tiny town of Yirgacheffe in southern Ethiopia is wet-processed using time-honored techniques. This light-bodied coffee, hailing from Negele Gurbitu in the renowned Yirgacheffe region, offers a silky smooth sweetness that stands out among Ethiopian coffees.
Cultivated at impressive elevations of 1,700 to 2,000 meters, this coffee is harvested between October and December and undergoes a meticulous full-wash process. The coffee trees, belonging to the exceptional Heirloom variety, yield beans with unique and captivating flavors.
