Brazil Fazenda Pinhal
A beautiful coffee bean grown by farmer Pedro Gabarra and his sister Mariana.
Their coffee is from one of the most sustainable coffee farms in the region of Sul De Minas in Brazil.
In 2019, Fazenda Pinhal won the award for Brazil's most sustainable coffee farm. The farm is 100% run off solar energy, is two-thirds nature reserve, forest and pasture land, whilst also being a sanctuary to rehabilitate injured birds.
This is a naturally processed coffee of the varieties Mundo Novo, Catuai and Bourbon, which delivers a smooth mild drink with notes of nuts.
Brazilian coffee is usually a very balanced coffee and is therefore often used as a base for many blends. Our Brazilian coffee beans are roasted for a classic espresso and easy drinking flavour profile. Excellent as an espresso, AeroPress and cafetiere.
