Our El Salvador coffee hails from the Las Isabellas farm, a delightful blend of Pacamara and Bourbon varieties. Nestled on the southern slopes of "Cerron Grande" in Apaneca, this farm sits at altitudes between 1,200 and 1,450 meters in the western region of El Salvador. Las Isabellas is a proud participant in the Blue Harvest project.
Spanning 175 acres, Las Isabellas boasts natural forests, springs, and waterfalls, and is a certified Rainforest Alliance farm. The farm is expertly managed by Jose Roberto Santamaria, who oversees both the farm and the mill with dedication and passion.
